When we’ve found a consultant you wish to hire, we help them with all paperwork and fast-track their application through the Swedish Migration Service.
The consultant moves to Sweden. We help them relocate through the Nordic Relocation Group so you can feel confident that they will be at the office at the decided date.
We make sure our consultants have housing ready when they arrive so neither you nor they have to worry about the deal falling through because they have nowhere to live.
We’re on hand through the introduction period and also offer an optional intercultural training program. It’s very appreciated by Swedish staff and expat consultants alike.
